For hosting customers we will ensure that our network infrastructure is running at optimum levels and that any control panels, software tools and applications provided are, where possible and applicable, best of breed.

For our design customers we will deliver websites that are fully functional in accordance with their requirements ensuring each design works across all major current browser versions and platforms including recent previous versions using ethical and accessible methods of design and website promotion. Browsers included Internet Explorer (back to version 6), Firefox (Mac and PC, back to version 2), current versions of Safari (Mac and PC), Opera and Google Chrome.

Affordability

All customers are billed on a standard pricing structure. Our prices are checked regularly alongside the service and features we offer, compared to other providers, to ensure that our customers always receive a competitive and comparable product or service from us.
