Email and Webmail

Mail Boxes

You can add an unlimited number of mail boxes to your web hosting account. A mail box stores mail on our servers until you download it using an email client like Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird etc.

Our mail servers support POP3 and IMAP.

Email Forwarders

Email forwarders are just that, they allow you to forward any email address @yourdomain.co.uk to any other email address you choose, whether its another email address on your domain or an external email address such as google, hotmail, yahoo.com addresses etc.

You can setup an unlimited number of email forwarders in your account and each forwarder can forward to an unlimited number of email addresses.

Autoresponders

You can automatically respond to any email received on an email address in your account with a preset message. An autoresponder is commonly used to confirm to the sender that you have received their email. A typical autoresponder message would be as follows:

"Thank you for your email, we will respond within the next 4 hours" etc etc.

Catch-All Email

Using our Catch-All Email feature you can forward ALL email from yourdomain.co.uk to any email address you choose, for example, but not limited to, googlemail, hotmail or yahoo.com addresses.

Webmail

Webmail makes life easy for you if you need to keep in touch with your email whilst you are away and/or don't have access to your own PC or Laptop. You can access your email from anywhere in the world, all you need is access to the internet wherever you are e.g. internet cafes, hotels (most tend to offer an internet facility) or at a friend's house.
